Cheryl Tedesco

Bio

Cheryl Tedesco is a music teacher at the Music Den. She has been a music teacher for more than 40 years. She received a Bachelor of Music degree in performance from Manhattan School of Music and a Masters of Arts degree in performance and music education from New Jersey City University where she was a graduate assistant. Cheryl has taught in music studios in Newark, Belleville, West Orange and Rockaway Borough New Jersey. She has also taught in the Blessed Sacrament School in Newark, Jersey City Public Schools, Kearny Public School, Linden Public Schools and Columbia High School.

She has performed with the New Jersey Symphony in Waterloo Village, the Papermill Playhouse in Millburn and the New Jersey Pops. Cheryl has also taught private music lessons throughout northern New Jersey, performed in pit orchestras for musicals, opera companies, churches, instrumental ensembles and solo recitals.

Cheryl teaches violin, cello, viola, bass, keyboard and guitar. She is a member of the Livingston Symphony Orchestra and the Society of Musical arts.

Currently, Cheryl is available for lessons Tuesday and Thursday.
