Munro DeJohn is a dynamic composer and musician who has been teaching for over 25 years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music from Arizona State University. He has attended the prestigious Juilliard School in NYC to further his study of composition and orchestration, and also Berklee School of Music in Boston.
The Music Den is thrilled to have had Munro as a member of our teaching team for over 10 years! Currently, he teaches Piano, Guitar and Ukulele as well as Music Theory and Composition. Other teaching styles Munro can accomodate are Blues-Rock Guitar, Contemporary Pop Piano, Piano-Guitar Improvisation, Composition, and Orchestration.
During lessons, Munro utilizes modern teaching techniques to assure quality results for his students. He has experience and success working with students of all ages, regardless of previous musical experience.
